When you work with Esther, she will lead you through a process to identify stakeholders and strategies to build a more equitable workplace.
Consulting includes:
Liaison between BIPOC affinity groups and Management Level.
Management + C-Suite meetings to build out new procedures and action plans Individual support to employee led equity teams.
Affinity group continued support and engagement/facilitation.
White affinity group set up and discourse.
Additional facilitator(s) as needed.
Development of procedures and action plans with employee led EDI group and/or managementIndividual access to emergency needs, tools and brainstorm sessions.
C-Suite weekly check-ins as needed also including advisory on email and other documentation construction.
Emergency intervention/healing circles as needed.
