We offer a range of workshops and organizational guidance in building an equitable, diverse and inclusive community. We work actively against white supremacy and its effect on every area of bias, both implicit and explicit. We tackle breaking down gender inequalities, sexual orientation discrimination, religious and cultural differences, neurodiverse and ability biases and systemic, community and personal racism. We acknowledge this work is a continuing journey we must choose to take to break the cycle. We are here to facilitate and guide you on this journey.

Our offerings include resources, historical information and data as well as activities for participants to reflect on their own experience and social identity. We offer interactive and performative scenarios that spark conversations around issues important to your community. We craft these scenarios specifically for your organization. These theatrical experiences immerse your team in a story with real people and consequences and encourages the whole group to work together on how to approach building equity across the organization.
